After demonstrating his goal scoring abilities for several US Youth Sides, Eddie Johnson marked his introduction into Soccer's Buffalo Soldiers with a goal on his international debut then proceeded to score 7 more times in his next 7 games. An outstanding start to his international career.

The Florida native was top scorer at the U-20 World Cup and after demonstrating consistency with his club side started getting call ups to the full National Team.

Physically strong with good ball skills, the US will hope that EJ matches his potential.
