MARVELL WYNNE, II

Following a suprising trade from Red Bull New York just as the 2007 season got underway, Marvell Wynne, II now sports the colors of Toronto FC

The son of a former baseball player, Marvell turned heads at the 2005 U-20 World Championships with a dominating display at right back.

The UCLA product's speed and agressive defending was a revelation for the US at that tournament and after an All-American sophmore season, he turned pro and was the first pick of the 2006 MLS Super Draft.

Still earning the technical aspects of the game but still a promising player for the US down the line.
