BOUNA COUNDOUL
It's Bouna time.
Born in Senegal and raised in the Boogie Down, Bouna Coundoul made his MLS debut in 2006 after being signed a year earlier. Ably deputising for an injured Joe Cannon, he was deemed to the GK of the future when Cannon was dealt to LA, even ahead of newly acquired Zach Thornton.
A graduate of the University of Albany he won plenty of individual accolades and awards and now hopes to embark on a long professinal career.
