PATRICK OWOMEYLA
WEDER BREMEN

The prodcut of a Nigerian father and a German mother, Patrick Owomeyla is a rising star both in the Bundesliga and with the German National Side.

The midfielder worked his way up to the Bundesliga through teams such as VfL Osnabrück and SC Paderborn before started his Bundesliga career with Arminia Bielefeld. Immediately impressing with his one on one ability, he was a standout on an otherwise average Bielefeld side and received his first German cap as a result.

He moves now to Bremen, and hopes to gain a spot on the German team hosting the 2006 World Cup.
