MIKAEL SILVESTRE

"Mik" came to Manchester United in September 1999 from Inter Milan as a defender who can play center-back and soon became United's first choice as partner to Jaap Stam while Ronny Johnsen was out through injury.

This past few seasons has seen the French International alternate between left back and center back, where he primarily plays for France.

Can still be erractic and his form suffered without Rio Ferdinand to partner him but he's still an automatic choice for club and country.
